  • Christopher Cimino, Director, Asset Management, Ready Capital

    Chris Cimino has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate mortgage servicing, including concentration in CMBS/CLO Special Servicing and CRE Default Asset Management. He is currently a Director of Asset Management with Ready Capital Corporation responsible for oversight of defaulted CLO, CMBS and balance sheet CRE loans. He has held senior Asset Management and Director positions with SitusAMC, Cohen Financial, KeyBank Real Estate Capital and Midland Loan Services. Chris also directed the Asset Management and Servicing of CRE and FannieMae loans for HomeStreet Bank. Chris is a professional writer and speaker, and a certified mediator. Chris attended Temple University and St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, and is a Chief Instructor for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation.

  • Alex Killick, Managing Director, CWCapital

    Alex Killick is Managing Director of CWCapital Asset Management (CWCAM), a third-party special servicing and investment management firm with over $220 of named assignments. Drawing on more than 18 years of experience, Alex leads CWCAM’s special servicing practice, managing a team of loan-workout and REO-operations experts through the resolution of non-performing loans. For each asset in his portfolio, Alex applies a comprehensive approach that involves following CMBS compliance standards while coordinating with project teams including legal counsel, expert vendors, property managers, and leasing brokers, as well as master servicers and other market participants, all to deliver successful outcomes for CMBS bondholders and other third-party lender clients.

  • Steve Luther, Executive Director, Special Servicing

    Steve provides organizational leadership and guidance to a seasoned team of asset managers that are responsible for the oversight of distressed CMBS real estate loan and REO portfolios. Prior to joining Mount Street, Steve served as a Managing Director at Greystone Special Servicing. Steve’s commercial real estate experience includes management of both debt and equity investments, large commercial workouts, value add repositioning, disposition of distressed real estate and debt, complex bankruptcy restructuring, construction management, and extensive loan and property underwriting and valuation.
