About This Program

This presentation explores the evolution of Masonry Veneer Systems in the marketplace and how they function. Attendees will learn how Insulated Masonry Veneer Systems can meet durability, code compliance and aesthetic requirements for building projects. The course also covers the important properties of Insulated Masonry Veneer Systems and the codes that govern them. When completed, attendees will have a better understanding of how to specify these systems for various projects.

Growing up on construction sites, Phil began his professional construction career as a general contractor prior to joining Master Builders Solutions. His experience is in both new and restorative construction projects and spans multiple sectors with particular expertise in building envelopes, claddings, joint sealants, waterproofing and concrete repair. Phil is a licensed general contractor in New Mexico, CDT, CEP and currently CSI’s Albuquerque chapter president.
