This course reviews when a concrete floor is a candidate for a resinous floor coating system. Surface preparation, tools and four general resinous floor coating systems are discussed in detail.

Lynsey has worked in the construction industry since 2009 with the majority of time spent in the commercial sector. Lynsey is Master Painter Institute (MPI) Certified, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Construction Specification Institute as Institute Director from the South-Central Region. Lynsey is an AIA and IDCEC accredited presenter and is an Industry Member of IIDA and ASID. Lynsey’s passion for color and design comes from several years in the flooring and high-performance coatings divisions.
