Competitive Pricing Strategy

The focus of this course is to provide advanced insight into how a brand should think through pricing at a highly competitive level. The course will walk through how a brand should consider pricing in a saturated market, volume discounts in a way that is compelling to the retail trade, and competitive pricing analysis against products in your category and price tier, like value, premium, and super-premium.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Construct pricing tiers, including volume discounts that properly incentivize the distribution and retail trade
2. Propose pricing that would fall into the price-tier fitting for the brand while staying competitive enough to enable volume growth
3. Integrate learnings of retail focus brands from the session into your business model
