Maximizing Distributor Relations

A successful Distributor/Producer relationship is critical to the success of your brand. Signing a contract with a great wholesaler is only the first step. This course is designed to help producers avoid the pain of discouraging sales reports and worse, ‘bill backs,’ by learning the best strategies for managing relationships with your chosen route to market. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will have the tools necessary to implement a plan with the correct structure and metrics to help create a positive relationship with 2nd Tier Partners, achieving success for all through ‘pleasant persistence.
