This course will explore employer COVID-19 vaccination plans and policies as workplaces must now balance employee rights with the overall safety and health of its workforce, customers, or clients when developing a vaccine strategy. Presenters will discuss various considerations around issues such as eligibility, vaccine mandates, incentives, employee privacy, costs, and liability concerns, as well as outline recommended elements for your workplace’s vaccine program or plan.
