Regulation E Subpart B contains International Remittance rules regarding remittance transfers. These rules provide for disclosure, error resolution, and cancellation rights for remittance transfers. The International Remittance rules were enacted with the passing of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act. Section 1073 is the portion of the Act passed by congress in 2010 impacting Regulation E. There are multiple requirements within this regulation for those who send consumer international transactions.
