Supervision and Licensure: Dumpster Fire or Disney Land?

For both supervisors and supervisees, the supervision process can sometimes feel like a ‘fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants” experience rather than the thoughtfully curated, systematic learning process guided by standards and ethical considerations it is intended to be. The course will provide a roadmap for ways to be intentional when engaging in the supervision process.

  • Participants will be able to identify and utilize 2 new interventions/techniques for effective and meaningful supervision.
  • Participants will be able to identify 2 ethical responsibilities associated with clinical supervision.
