Program Overview:

On February 9, 2023, the Florida High School Athletic Association’s (FHSAA) voted to remove the questions regarding female athletes’ menstrual history from the preparticipation sports physical form. The FHSAA’s approval vote also included changes to who receives the PPE form, such that only one page of the form is required to be submitted to the school, while the other pages can be kept with a parent or doctor.
