All Commissioners are required to take 4 hours of ethics each calendar year. You must complete the entire four (4) hour session in order to receive a Certificate of Completion to satisfy the 2026 ethics requirements.
On June 23, 2026, Caroline Klancke, Executive Director of the Florida Ethics Institute, presented in the four (4) hour, in-person session held in conjunction with the 2026 FAC Annual Conference. The next in-person ethics session will be held on December 1, 2026 in conjunction with the FAC Legislative Conference in St. Johns County.
