Course Description

This will be an interactive case-based session to discuss ethical issues in practice. This course will describe the current Florida Chapter Ethics Committee structure and purpose. Committee members will review ethical issues facing the profession of physical therapy throughout history. Current ethical issues will be discussed using a case-based format. The RIPS (Realms Individual Process Situation) Model will be used to facilitate the analysis of challenging ethical cases.
