    Mr. Hugo is a trial attorney, appellate lawyer, litigator and litigation manager for cases involving products and premises liability, toxic torts, environmental claims, personal injury, insurance, professional negligence, construction defect, sexual molestation and criminal law. He also has been retained as an expert witness and testified in trial, arbitration and deposition regarding: the duties of defense counsel, the effectiveness of defense strategies, the reasonableness of settlement values and defense costs, and insurance coverage issues.

    He gained his initial trial experience as a criminal prosecutor with the San Francisco District Attorney's Office where he held the highest courtroom ability rating in each of his assignments. Mr. Hugo left that office as a Senior Trial Attorney after trying more than 75 felony cases and 40 Municipal Court jury trials. He was undefeated in all Superior Court jury and bench trials.

  • Tina M. Glezakos, Hugo Parker LLP, San Francisco

    Tina M. Glezakos is a Partner with Hugo Parker and has extensive litigation experience in product liability, governmental tort defense, and complex civil litigation.

    Previously, Tina was an Associate with Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edleman & Dicker, where she represented clients including manufacturers and distributors of brakes, clutches, gaskets, motorcycles, ATVs, automobiles, tractors, forklifts, trailers, asbestos cement pipe, turbines, machining tools, and raw fiber. In addition, Tina has experience representing product manufacturers manufacturers in products liability claims, governmental entities in defense of tort claims, and auto/truck casualty claims. Prior to joining Hugo Parker, Tina was as a Staff Attorney with a non-profit agency providing direct legal services to persons with disabilities.

  • Susan G. Fillichio, Esq., Senior VP, West Division, DecisionQuest, Los Angeles

    Susan Fillichio is a trial consultant specializing in trial strategy development and behavioral research. She assists counsel in developing strategy that effectively communicates her clients’ messages to jurors, judges and arbitrators. During her 32 years in the legal industry and 16 years as a trial consultant, she has assisted trial teams in numerous jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations in state and federal venues across the country. Her work also often assists counsel during mediation and settlement negotiations.

    Amongst the disputes on which Ms. Fillichio has consulted are: product liability, toxic tort and asbestos cases; intellectual property and trade secret disputes; securities and ERISA matters (including FINRA arbitrations); insurance coverage disputes; employment cases of all types; defamation cases; construction disputes; anti-trust cases; and class action lawsuits. Her work often serves to help counsel gain strategic advantage during mediation and settlement negotiations.
