He is the Chairman of the Board of Garden & Gun magazine, The Litchfield Company and The Charleston City Paper and serves as President of the Charleston School of Law.

Aaron Jophlin founded The Jophlin Law Firm in 2017, located in historic Georgetown, South Carolina. After a decade of courtroom experience, Aaron focuses on complex litigation: medical malpractice, wrongful death, criminal defense, nursing home neglect, and catastrophic injury.

Gabrielle is a South Carolina attorney focusing on medical malpractice and products liability. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law, where she served as Student Works Editor for the Charleston Law Review and was named to the Presidential Honors Society. She also earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland with a minor in Philosophy.

While attending law school, Gabrielle was a member of the Moot Court team, a legal research and writing fellow, a MUSC Presidential Scholar, President of the Health Law Society, and intern in General Counsel’s office at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Randy Lee is an attorney at the Bell Legal Group. Prior to beginning his legal career Randy practiced as a board-certified anesthesiologist for several years before attending North Carolina Central School of Law at night, where he finished first in the evening program.

Randy was a founding partner of his own law firm and spent most of his legal career as a defense attorney with a primary focus on medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases at both primary coverage and excess coverage levels in multiple states. He has extensive trial experience and received numerous honors as a trial attorney.
