  • Chris Lunt

    The chief technology officer for the All of Us Research Program. Chris has more than 20 years of experience designing web services and other data platforms and has spent the last 10 years working as a technology executive. He joins the NIH from GetInsured, where he served as the vice president of government solutions for the past 4 years. There he worked with the federal government, states, and the vendor community to improve health insurance shopping and enrollment systems. Previously, Chris worked as an HHS entrepreneur. He has also served as the vice president of engineering at Readyforce, the chief executive officer of Nombray, the founder and vice president of engineering at WisdomArk, and the senior director of engineering at Friendster.

  • Rachelle Ciulla, MSPH, CD

    Senior Associate with Pyxis Partners, with a current focus in engagement for the All of Us Research Program with the National Institutes of Health. She holds a BS in Public Health from the University of South Carolina, and a MSPH in Population, Family and Reproductive Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health with a concentration in Maternal, Fetal and Perinatal Health. While completing her degree at Johns Hopkins, she obtained certificates in Public Health Advocacy, Health Communication, Health Disparities and Health Inequality, Maternal and Child Health, and Global Health.

    Rachelle worked in research related to food security in Baltimore City adolescents during the COVID-19 pandemic, where information was gathered and analyzed through successful relationship building to inform nutritional policy. During her time as Community Outreach Leader for the Birth Companions community doula organization, she forged new relationship with the Maryland State Department of Education, as well as the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program. While serving on a protein and micronutrient supplementation study in pregnant and breastfeeding women in Nepal, Rachelle gathered information on birthing persons’ daily lives, and married this with best practices from the WHO to develop counseling materials and staff training materials and initiatives. As a program manager in corporate wellness, Rachelle honed skills in population engagement, creativity in communications, and stakeholder relations.

    At Pyxis Partners, Rachelle serves as an Engagement Counselor, state-wide Market Coordinator for the Washington State Ecosystem as well as the California Ecosystem,
    Project Manager for Pyxis Partners Researcher Ambassador Network, and Pediatric Liaison. As an experienced community outreach leader and program manager, Rachelle is skilled in her ability to build rapport and brings her passion to Pyxis Partners; she aims to couple her experience in communication and collaboration with her core belief in active listening, celebrating diversity, and enrolling communities in public health work each day.

  • Thomas Houze

    Thomas Houze has a Doctor of Science Degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. A relentless pursuit of innovation and scientific discovery with tangible applications has characterized Dr. Houze's career trajectory. This journey was inspired by a keen interest in bioinformatics and the commercialization of nascent technological innovations, driving him towards entrepreneurial ventures, including a notable foray into the therapeutic stem cell sector. Dr. Houze's role in these ventures underscored his dedication to advancing scientific solutions for societal benefit.
    Dr. Houze's endeavors, particularly in the All of Us Research program, aim to harness AI/ML for enhancing healthcare research, aligning with Dr. Houze's goal of bridging science and commercialization to improve public health and save lives. This narrative not only underlines a responsibility towards our community but also highlights the transformative potential of combining data science and technology to address complex health issues and elevate public health outcomes.
