Thank you for registering for the 2024 Advocacy Day on April 10-11, 2024, in Washington, DC!

AADOCR and ADEA will host a live online training webinar for all Advocacy Day participants on Wednesday, April 3 from 12 – 1 p.m. EDT. The webinar will be recorded and available for anyone unable to participate at that time. All Advocacy Day attendees must either attend the live webinar or watch a recording of it to understand our legislative asks of Congress.

Legislative Briefing

On Wednesday, April 10 from 3 – 5:30 p.m. EDT, there will be a policy briefing featuring distinguished speakers with expertise in Congress and federal government agencies. They will share an update on oral health policy, research initiatives at NIDCR, and training programs administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

Advocacy Day

On Thursday, April 11, ADEA will host a full breakfast for all attendees at 8 a.m. EDT. Participants will then walk or take a taxi to Capitol Hill for group meetings with congressional offices from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EDT. Please be sure to book travel home no earlier than 6 p.m. so that you can attend all your meetings that day.
