Emily Kozubowski
Training & Implementation Manager, has been with Apple Moving LLC for 4 years and a member of the relocation industry for 27 years. She started her career at Allied Van Lines - Corporate at an entry level in the claims department and developed her career as an adjuster, in operations, then on to International Corporate relocation. Emily spent almost a decade of her career as the owner of company managing an international TSP. There she mastered accounting, rate filing, claims, DOD approvals, compensation schedules, quality, insurance, and regulatory compliance. In her current role, Emily has constant interactions in all aspects of the daily operations of the organization insure that Apple Moving LLC employees and systems are functioning in the most efficient manner while utilizing current technology and providing the highest level of customer service. She also assists with Project Management and Acquisitions. Apple Moving LLC has 10 moving & storage locations across Texas, Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, Missouri, Colorado that service COD, DOD, GSA, National Account, O/I relocations.

Arnulfo Hinojosa
Being involved in the H-2A/H-2B temporary guest worker process since the year 2000 has allowed Mr. Hinojosa to experience and learn all the federal program facets. He began working with these programs when he was 20 years old and still in college. After traveling the country speaking at various events for state, national, and international associations, he continues to get the same question: "Why do you do what you do?”
His short answer: "We get to help both workers and employers positively change their lives."
Having the unique experience of traveling throughout Mexico and Central America to help potential workers through the paperwork and interview process at various U.S. Consulates has been a wonderful experience for Mr. Hinojosa. He has visited workers' hometowns and has had the pleasure of being introduced to their families and visit their communities. Mr. Hinojosa says, "Seeing the communities that their hard-earned U.S. dollars help build was a very humbling experience that I will never forget."
Mr. Hinojosa feels that he has been blessed with the opportunity to continue to improve the programs by educating employers on staying compliant and continued advocacy in D.C. for further program advancements. He continues making a difference in people's lives and "Solving America's Immigration Problems, One Employer and One Worker at a Time."
Mr. Hinojosa is bilingual (English/Spanish). His Hispanic heritage and culture give him a unique insight into the Hispanic workforce in today's America. He grew up in a small South Texas town where his grandfather immigrated from Mexico. -

As the president of Isaac’s Moving and Storage, Ami has participated in the H-2B visa process for over a decade. He will be providing the mover’s perspective on the process.

Michele Contreras
As the founder of the Law Office of Michele Contreras LLC, Michelle has established herself as a H-2B visa expert. She is a Mentor in the area of H-2B Visas for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, serves on the Department of Labor Liaison Committee for the American Immigration Lawyers Association National Office, and also serves as the Co-Coordinator of the National H-2 Attorney Interest Group Listserve. Michelle will provide the attorney perspective on working with moving companies to achieve H-2B visa success.
