John has more than 25 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, serving in all facets of the business, including operations, business development and executive management.
As a fourth-generation DeWitt family member, John learned the moving and storage business at a young age. He spent summers sweeping warehouse floors and getting a first-hand look into company operations. After formally joining the business in 1992 as Operations Manager for what is now DeWitt Guam, John quickly established himself as a leader in the industry. Throughout his career, John has forged a proven track record in optimizing operations, growing successful lines of business from the ground up and creating solutions to some of the globe's toughest logistical challenges. -
Brian Limperopulos
Brian Limperopulos has dedicated his professional life to advancing the professionalism and operational excellence of moving companies generally and IAM Members particularly. He began his career working for Security Moving and Storage in the Washington DC Metro Area before taking an opportunity at the International Association of Movers to develop and manage its member programs and services.
Brian has taken on many different responsibilities and roles since joining IAM in 2009. His success in these positions led to several promotions until his appointment to the position of IAM President in 2024. In this role, Brian is responsible for driving IAM forward toward its goals and achieving its mission.
Brian holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), which is the highest professional credential in the association industry.
When he is not working at IAM, Brian spends time with his wife, Lena, mostly chasing after their son, Craig, and daughter, Molly. In his free moments, Brian enjoys playing and watching soccer as well as droning on about his favorite history podcasts. -
Ray daSilva
President, Mobility Exchange, LLC
Ray daSilva started his career in the mobility services industry in 1978 as a moving consultant for Alaska Orient Van Service, a United Van Lines agent in Anchorage, Alaska. He has held positions in sales, management and executive roles based in Anchorage, Honolulu, Singapore, London, Florida and Washington, DC. During his 23 years with the Crown Worldwide Group, Ray served on its Executive Board where he contributed to the growth of its global network of offices.
He played a key role in developing Crown University, a visionary staff training and management development program. Throughout his career, Ray has believed in the inherent power of facilitating connectivity and collaboration within a fragmented industry. This led him to contribute to the development of RedSky Mobility Solutions, an innovative cloud based international move management system. He currently serves as President of Mobility Exchange, LLC which develops and implements collaborative technology solutions for the mobility services industry in partnership with the IAM.
