Individuals who
already understand what Vocational Experts do, will now learn different
settings in which they can apply their skills. This will increase business
opportunities for attendees as they learn of new opportunities in which they
can serve as Vocational Experts, as well as ways in which they can adapt their
skills to deal with the nuances that occur in different types of litigation.

Objectives:
At the completion of
this presentation, participants will be able to:
- Identify different types of matters in which a VE can provide service
- Demonstrate cases in which disability is not an issue, but that are still applicable for VE's to provide service
- Identify the skill set that they already possess, or need to learn, in order to deal with the nuances inherent in working on different types of litigated matters.
