This presentation will focus on how to respond during a Social Security Disability Hearings to “Difficult Hypotheticals” such as multiple moderate limitations, non-exertional limitations, restrictions not addressed in the DOT, reps and ALJ’s who frame questions in an unclear manner, answering on the “fly” and other common situations that challenge the VE.
