    Rehabilitation professionals are subject matter experts who are charged with helping individuals with disabilities to secure and maintain employment. As part of their responsibilities, rehabilitation professionals are required to engage with businesses. However, many rehabilitation professionals don’t know where to start when it comes to large businesses. This training was created to provide you with 4 ways to connect with and engage in a meaningful conversation with large businesses. 

    LEARNING OBJECTIVES

    Participants will be able to:
    1. Explain the difference between a small business and large business
    2. Describe 4 strategies you can use to interact with large businesses
    3. Demonstrate how you would interact with a large business

      Dr. McNeil has 10 plus years of experience in vocational rehabilitation and disability management. Dr. McNeil holds a BS in Education, MS in Rehabilitation Counseling, and Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision. He is also a certified rehabilitation counselor and national counselor. Dr. McNeil has worked for several fortune 500 companies, including Amazon, and three state rehabilitation agencies.
