This presentation will discuss the various ways in which a Job Analysis (JA) is conducted. Although there are common methods to the job analysis, it can be applied in different situations uniquely. This presentation will also discuss physical tools used, data sources, and software that aides in the analysis process. A job analysis is also done together with other parts of forensic analysis and practice, like a labor market survey or transferable skills analysis and this presentation will cover this JA in context of those. Lastly, we will discuss employer engagement and some of the common and unique situations that arise while performing a JA.
