[No CE's] This webinar provides an example of case management training which is compatible with the actual demands of the job in the new millennium. In brief, it outlines an approach to professional development for the case management functions that is rooted in Management Theory rather than clinical expertise. This approach asks participants to suspend their thinking about counseling and develop their abilities as related to the four components of Management: PLAN, ORGANIZE, DIRECT and CONTROL.
