[No CEs] This presentation will begin with a discussion of the relevant rulings and the Rule of Evidence 702 guidelines of the US Appellate Courts for the application of Daubert Standards in the courts.Case examples will be offered to illustrate principles for understanding of the standards required for opinion testimony as evidence and what types of opinions are considered to be relevant.
