Defining the Future of Foodservice

IFMA | International Foodservice Manufacturers Association | On-Demand Course

Course Description

Emerging and growth chains will define the future of Foodservice. These chains, with 20 to 400 units, are not only surviving COVID-19, but thriving in the “new normal” through menu and store innovations and are defining the trajectory of an entire industry. In this webinar, Kinetic12 Consulting presents key learnings from their EMERGENCE REPORT, research that captures input from more than 75 chains about issues such as a shortage of skilled labor, menu re-engineering, store redesign, and what they need from suppliers.

This course is 55 minutes in duration.
