Presenter:
Cheryl Boldt is an RN and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who has
more than 45 years of nursing and
healthcare leadership experience. She developed her passion for healthcare at a young age when
she first volunteered, then later worked as a Nursing Assistant at her
hometown nursing home and hospital. Her acute care experience includes Intensive
Care, Cardio-Pulmonary, and In-Patient Rehab. In Long Term Care, Cheryl has experience as a Director of Nursing,
Sub-Acute Administrator and Corporate Professional Services Consultant.
For the past several years, Cheryl has worked extensively as a professional consultant with Maun-Lemke Speaking and Consulting, partnering with healthcare organizations nationwide. She is an accomplished professional speaker and consultant with credibility in a variety of areas including Long Term Care, Post-Acute Care/Service in the SNF setting, staff recruitment and retention, customer satisfaction, compliance, team-based improvement, and leadership in all healthcare roles.
