The Dementia Care Training Series is made up with 8 one-hour on-line modules that focus on improving communication between caregivers and individuals living with dementia, a reduction in dementia-related behaviors and an increase in job satisfaction for staff.

This training series satisfies the State of Iowa’s criteria for mandatory annual training on Dementia Specific Programing for CNA’s & Health Care Assistants, Activity Professionals, Nurses, Social Services, Department Heads, Administrators, and Assisted Living Managers
