LTC Dietary Training Series

CEU Information
  • You can earn one-hour of continuing education for every educational session you complete, up to a maximum of 5 contact hours.
  • To earn contact hours, you must respond to all participation prompts during the presentation.
  • CEU forms will be available to download and print once you finish each session and complete the evaluation form.

CDM Reporting Requirements: Certified Dietary Managers who participate in the LTC Dietary Training Series are required to report their education hours by logging into their accounts at www.ANFPonline.org. You must retain a copy of the CEU certificates earned in case you are audited by the Certified Board of Dietary Managers.
