  • Hon. William Stewart Boyd

    Hon. William Stewart Boyd is an Associate Judge with the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. He is a member of the Illinois Judge's Association, Illinois Judicial Council, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and is a Board Member for the Cook County Bar Association. In 2002 Judge Boyd was a guest lecturer at DePaul Law School for "Family Law Issues", a faculty member for "Family Law: Visitation and Removal" for the Illinois Judges Education Conference, and a presenter and panelist for "Business Valuation, Financial and Tax Issues Affecting Divorce 2002", sponsored by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Illinois Chapter and The Investigative Valuation Group, LLC. Judge Boyd received his B.S. from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law.

  • Hon. Richard Felice

    Hon. Richard D. Felice was unanimously appointed as a Circuit Court Judge of DuPage County by the Illinois Supreme Court in October 2019. He serves in the Domestic Relations Division in Wheaton. He was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve on the Supreme Court Rules Committee for three terms. He was appointed by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois to its Merit Selection Committee to select Federal Magistrate Judges. He was appointed by the Illinois General Assembly to serve on the Family Law Study committee concerning revisions to the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. He has served in the House of Delegates for the American Bar Association for several terms and on a variety of task forces, involving children, trial advocacy and ISBA Family Law Section Council. He has been active in the community and initially served as a Director and later President of the DuPage County Bar Association. He served as President of the Justinian Society of Lawyers, DuPage Chapter. He also served as Director and on the Board of Governors and ultimately as President of the Illinois State Bar Association. Most recently he served as a Chair of the ISBA Mutual Insurance Company, insuring lawyers in the State of Illinois, and as a Chair of the Finance Section. He tried hundreds of cases, both civil and criminal matters, including felony and misdemeanor cases, including jury trials and appellate practice. He further served as a conflict attorney in the DuPage County Juvenile System. He has belonged to the Illinois Judges Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and DuPage County Bar Association, as well as numerous other bar associations during his legal career.
    He earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola University in 1976, with honors, and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 1979 with honors.

  • Hon. Jeffrey Hirsch

    22nd Judicial Cir., Woodstock

    Hon. Jeffrey Hirsch is an associate judge of the 22nd Judicial Circuit, McHenry County, Illinois. He was appointed to the bench in 2015 and currently presides in the Family Division, Courtroom 360. Prior to judicial appointment, Judge Hirsch was in private practice for more than 20 years, lastly at The Gitlin Law Firm, concentrating in family law. Judge Hirsch was also a mediator, collaborative lawyer, and was frequently appointed as a guardian ad litem/child representative. Judge Hirsch is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a member of the McHenry County Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association. Judge Hirsch has presented to several legal organizations on family law topics and he authored an article for the Illinois Bar Journal, "Solving for X & Y: Illinois Spousal Maintenance Guidelines," Vol. 103, No. 9 (September 2015). Away from the courthouse, Judge Hirsch is an ice hockey official and Chicago Blackhawks fan.
