What is a “complex search”? Most think commercial, but sometimes these can actually befairly simple as well. What we mean is any commercial, agricultural, or residential lands that falls outside the everyday expectations of a “simple search” – a straightforward chain of title, limited indexing, limited liens and encumbrances.
