This class explores commitment review, purchase review, sales disclosure preparation, payoffs, realtor commissions, outstanding bills, funds held in escrow, escrow agreements, reviewing the deed and mortgage, and claims due to closing.  This is the third course for the ITP Closing track, but may be taken as a stand-alone course.
