ILTA

Welcome to the Indiana Land Title Association's online education portal!  ILTA is a certified provider of pre-licensing and continuing education (CE) through the Indiana Department of Insurance.  One of ILTA's missions is to provide top-quality continuing education to land title professionals and others.

The 7 credit hours may be in any of the following or any combination of the following: (1) Ethical practices in the marketing and selling of title insurance, including provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act set forth in 12 U.S.C. 2608; (2) Title insurance underwriting; (3) Escrow matters; (4) Matters concerning regulation by the department; and (5) Any other topic related to the marketing and selling of title insurance. If you have any questions about the requirements, please contact the licensing division of the Indiana Department of Insurance.
