Immunology Basics for
the Non-Immunologist Clinician: Clinical Implications is a 2 part series of
webinars, presented by the American Thoracic Society in partnership with AKH. The first program addresses advances in basic clinical immunology and its
application to the phenotypes and endotypes of severe asthma. Leading experts
discuss the role of biomarkers in severe asthma and their utilization in
assessing severity and determining appropriate therapy. The second webinar,
Individualizing Treatment for Severe Asthma applies the foundational
information developed in program 1 and the use of phenotypes, endotypes, and
biomarkers in the clinical management of severe asthma.
