The Inn should hold an orientation for its new members before the first program meeting of the year. The orientation meeting is the perfect time to introduce new Inn members to the organization the policies and guidelines of the local Inn. An orientation meeting also gives continuing members the opportunity to get together and look forward to the year ahead.

The American Inns of Court has created this suite of resources to help your Inn deliver an effective New Member Orientation easily, whether in-person or virtually. Below, you will find:

• A video clip celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the American Inns of Court Foundation
• Handouts and resources you can download and print to give to your new members
