Through storytelling, Ms. Moraites desires to have white attorneys walk in the shoes of their Black counterparts. The exercise is an attempt to teach empathy and raise awareness of the difficulties systemic racism imposes upon People of Color. It is a wonderful impetus for thoughtful discussions at your Inn or your firm.
