Description
The NATP is conducted based on a set of facts that come from a real trial held at the International Criminal Court (ICC ) in The Hague.
NATP participants have a wide variety of experience, both in amount of time and in practice area. The use of this fact pattern is purposeful: to level the experience playing field as most US attorneys have no familiarity with the ICC regardless of their years of experience in practice.
This presentation will familiarize you with some of the basics of the ICC and arguing this type of case.
