Unlocking Potential: Creating AI Use Cases in Legal Practice with Innovation, Testing, and Ethical Frameworks

AI, Law and the laboratory

There is no stopping AI, and no industry is more enmeshed with the advancements than the legal profession. And it is now the professional responsibility of all attorneys to understand this technology and the impact upon the legal system and the administration of justice. To address this concern, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) adopted an innovation mindset to encourage its staff to experiment with the ever-widening array of generative AI efforts, launching their AAAi Lab.

AAA formed an internal Innovation Team so they could experiment with AI tools in a safe environment to see how it might assist their members and other legal professionals. Join us to hear about the results and how it relates to your own practice!
This program is a chance to discuss:
  • Why this kind of experimenting is important
  • The role of guidelines in safety
  • Use cases of AI relevant to the practice of law and ADR
  • Lessons learned and ethical repercussions
Pricing for this course:
  • AIC Members: $30
  • AIC Alumni: $30(contact us for a code!)
  • Non-members: $45
