The Strategic Growth Action Plan is the culminating product of the program, as it provides the business owners with a three-year roadmap for further growth. Developed incrementally throughout the curriculum, the Growth Plan enables business owners to set strategic goals for sustained business growth.
At the end of each of the 4 Modules, business owners will submit their Growth Plan for review. As the Instructor, you will provide feedback and coaching to each of the participants in order to increase their business knowledge and support the completion of the Growth Plan.
In this lesson you will:
- Learn how to articulate the value and the purpose of a Growth Plan to the participants.
- Learn how you can effectively position and integrate the growth plan into the curriculum and program.
- Learn how to provide excellent quality feedback to the participants on their Growth Plans.
