Description
It is our pleasure to present to you, on behalf of the International Psychogeriatric Association (IPA), this new webinar Family caregiving for persons with dementia in Asia – Strategies/Challenges.
As with all programs in the IPA Webinar Series, this presentation is intended as an educational event on topics that are timely and relevant to the field of mental health for older adults.
All over the world people take care of their family members living with dementia. Nevertheless, there are huge differences in cultural norms regarding caregiving, economical situations and caregiving facilities. In this program we hear perspectives from the Asia Pacific region, including China, Indonesia, Japan and Taiwan.
