Description
Daniel Andrews, Research Fellow with the Advanced Services Group at the Aston Business School, will present a novel research method that adapts the classic board game Snakes and Ladders to a proposed transformation roadmap. By mapping transformation steps to the game board and assigning inhibitors to snakes and enablers to ladders, this method allows you to capture data related to the inhibitors and enablers associated with transformation over time. Join us for an hour to learn how you can utilize this method within your organization.
