Mark Little, former CTO, General Electric Company
Mark is an expert at deploying lean R&D in large-scale organizations. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of General Electric Company, where he oversaw the creation and rollout of Fastworks, a set of tools, principles and behaviors designed to get GE closer to customers and increase their speed to market and rate of success. He joined General Electric Co. in 1978, starting out in General Electric Co's Turbine business, held several management positions in engineering and served as Product General Manager of generators since 1989. He served as a Director of B456 Systems, Inc. (formerly, A123 systems Inc.) from April 2009 to October 13, 2012. Dr. Little holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts and Northeastern universities respectively and earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Andrea Kates, CEO, GLIDR
Andrea is an expert in commercializing innovation. She has led more than 100 large-scale initiatives for companies that include Hewlett-Packard, ATT, Royal Dutch Shell, Hyatt Hotels, and Verizon and has conducted research analyzing the strategies of organizations including GE Ecomagination, Sharp HealthCare, EMC and P.F. Chang's. As CEO, her thought leadership focuses on evidence-based innovation. She has served as key opinion leader with the Aspen Ideas Festival, as well as global summits and leadership sessions for Cisco, Zurich Financial, 3M, Jones Lang LaSalle, Rueda de Innovación (Bogota, Columbia) and Business Institute (Aalborg, Denmark). Andrea is also author of Find Your Next, a guide to strategic innovation.
