Susan Neylon, President, ITECS
Susan Neylon has 30 years of experience in business/technology development. She excels at strategy, technical and new business development, commercialization, global expansion, and creating and leading organizations. In her role as founder and president of ITECS Consulting, she has helped clients secure government grants, establish partnerships, buy and sell technology, and optimize innovation efforts. Prior to forming ITECS, Susan was vice president of technology at both ECC and Owens Corning. In that role, she managed a $140 million budget and created and led organizations in North America, Europe, and China, supporting businesses that ranged in size from $33 million to over $5 billion.

Johanna Dwyer, CEO, qipWorks
Johanna Dwyer is an intellectual property and technology strategy specialist with more than 20 years’ experience leading intellectual property, research, development, and innovation. She has built programs to identify valuable IP from large portfolios and has established systems to progress IP toward licensing opportunities. She has advised large private equity firms on their portfolio companies with respect to valuations and IP strategy. She has established global research labs, built collaborative engagements with universities and large companies, and developed technology commercialization strategies. She has 145 worldwide granted patents and 351 worldwide patent applications pending. She holds an MBA from MIT and degrees in applied mathematics, mechanical engineering, and electronics.
