Any time you purchase an online course at IRWA University, you have one year from the date of purchase to complete it. After that time, you will no longer have access to the course. While your progress is saved, it is highly recommended that you finish the course as soon as possible from the date of purchase to ensure high retention and application rate of knowledge and skills learned. You will have two attempts to receive a passing grade of a 75% on the final exam (if applicable). If you fail the exam twice, you must re-purchase the course and take it again in order to receive credit.

Course refunds and exchanges are only permitted if you have not already started the course within one year from the date of purchase.

All IRWA online courses are approved for IRWA Credentialing (where applicable), as well as IRWA QE or CE credit (where applicable).
