Learning Objectives
After completing the PubsProficiency Learning Program, learners should be able to:
- Apply strategic planning principles to assess publication/communication needs, define scope, identify appropriate data and audiences, and develop evidence-based publication plans
- Implement effective processes for author and contributor engagement; content development, review, and approval; and delivery
- Apply ethical standards, guidelines, and professional best practices to support transparent, responsible, and compliant medical publications and communications.
- Evaluate publication activities, metrics, and outcomes to identify opportunities for quality improvement and informed decision-making
- Navigate realistic publication scenarios with sound professional judgment, greater confidence, and appropriate stakeholder collaboration
