The age-old request from management, "Please provide your publication metrics," sounds simple, right?

Not so fast…. What is to be measured, what is the data source, and exactly how will the metrics be utilized? These are just a few of the topics our panel will explore during this session. We will also address the growing availability of metrics from digital publications.

With the growth and availability of analytic platforms, as well as the shift to virtual congress formats, there are more possible metrics to measure and report than ever. However, the key is in purposefully selecting which metrics to report and in designing efficient and effective reporting storyboards for presentation to internal stakeholders.

Learning objectives:
  • Learn approaches to building and launching meaningful and comprehensive metrics programs
  • Identify key considerations and barriers to address before launching a metrics program
