- The value of metrics in guiding future updates to the SCP
- Potential barriers to the establishment of metrics
- Key differences between qualitative and quantitative assessments related to SCPs
- Metrics that can be obtained through use of a web-based SCP platform
- Best practices for assessing and interpreting internal and external focused metrics, based on their own organizational experiences
- Relevant findings from a survey of the ISMPP membership
