Data privacy in a social world



Data privacy, technology compliance and cybersecurity expert Jordan Fischer will lead this plenary session exploring data privacy in a social world. The states have primarily dictated US privacy laws, while internationally, many country-wide laws have been enacted, including the recent Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) issued by China. This session will explore the implications of international and domestic privacy laws and the future of data privacy in a digitally connected world.
