AP ISMPP U - Engaging the Patient in APAC

Thank you

Engaging with patients is critical in allowing them to feel as though they can speak about their disease. This webinar will focus on communicating to the patient, working with patients and case sharing in APAC. Communicating to the patient will focus on “best practices” for patient-centered communication in the region. This area will also center on ways of developing trust from patients through communication, while also helping patients to find an advocacy voice.

Next, will center on “best practices” when working with patients. This area will focus on cultural sensitivity and embracing diversity and inclusiveness, while working towards establishing patient advisory councils, incorporating the patient voice into publications and communications.
