    Discuss ITE Trip Generation Manual Updates Kevin Hooper is under contract with ITE to manage Strategic Projects. He led the development and release of Trip Generation Manual, 10th Edition; Parking Generation Manual, 4th Edition; and (in early 2020) the Trip Generation Manual 10th Edition Supplement. As a consultant in his home state of Maine, he maintains the Portland Region travel demand model and recently developed a statewide model.

    Principal Investigator of NCFRP 19: Freight Trip Generation and Land Use Dr. José Holguín-Veras is the William H. Hart Professor, and Director of the Center for Infrastructure, Transportation, and the Environment; and the Volvo Research and Educational Foundations (VREF) Center of Excellence on Sustainable Urban Freight Systems at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

  • Jeffrey Wojtowicz, Senior Research Engineer | Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

    Jeffrey Wojtowicz is a senior research engineer at the Center for Infrastructure, Transportation and the Environment (CITE) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is also the Assistant Director of Administration at the Volvo Research and Educational Foundations Center of Excellence for Sustainable Urban Freight Systems. He received his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering and his MS in Transportation Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). His research interests include freight systems, intelligent transportation systems, traffic modeling and emergency response from planned special events and traffic incident management. In addition to his work at CITE he also has an extensive working knowledge of the trucking industry; since an early age Jeff has been actively involved with a family trucking business that has been in operation for over 85 years. As time permits he still drives truck and helps with other operational components of the business.
