    Ehren Bingaman is a Principal with TransPro Consulting, a public sector focused management consulting firm helping organizations transform and achieve breakthrough results. Ehren provides thought leadership and project management to transit agencies like HART in Tampa, GCRTA in Cleveland, the Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority, the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority, the Southeast Michigan Regional Transit Authority, and others. In 2019, Ehren served as the planning lead for Sarasota County’s development of an transit network redesign that leverages a realigned core fix route that retains 93% of fixed route ridership, while introducing mobility hubs and a subsidized demand response solution focused on increased access throughout Sarasota County.

    Dan Berkovits is a Director at Via, the global leader in planning, developing, and operating innovative transit and mobility solutions. Via powers new mobility services-microtransit, paratransit, shared autonomous vehicle services, dynamically-routed school bus fleets, and advanced travel-demand management systems-through over 100 partnerships with public agencies and institutions in more than 20 countries and nearly two dozen U.S. states. Dan leads Via's consulting team, which is frequently retained by public agencies specifically for new mobility planning and advisory services. He works to develop and apply strategies for cities and public agencies to increase the quality, breadth, and accessibility of mobility networks.

    Andy is an Associate with Fehr & Peers Transportation Consultants in Oakland, having settled in the Bay Area by way of London and Chicago. Andy is motivated to help solve the housing and climate crises through smart land use and transportation decisions and by creating pedestrian-scale communities. Andy specializes in transit projects and manages service planning, transit engineering, and complete street design projects. Andy was a contributor to the NACTO Transit Street Design Guide and co-author of ITE’s accompanying Application Supplement to the Guide, and is currently studying comparative travel markets and preferences for TNCs, on-demand transit, and fixed route transit.

  • Chris Pangilinan, Head of Global Policy for Public Transportation | Uber

    Chris Pangilinan is the Head of Global Policy for Public Transportation at Uber. In this role, Chris works to help public transportation agencies and riders harness Uber's technology platform to make transit more convenient and easier to use. Prior to joining Uber, Chris was at the non-profit research and advocacy organization TransitCenter, and served in various roles at New York City Transit, the San Francisco MTA, and the US Department of Transportation. Chris earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Portland State University and an M.S. in transportation from MIT.
