  • Vicki Haskell, PE, State Traffic Engineering Analysis and Data Management Engineer | Wisconsin DOT

    Vicki has over 20 years of experience in traffic analysis and modeling. She currently co-chairs the Wisconsin ITE SimCap group. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil Engineering from UW-Platteville and Iowa State University, respectively. She is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Wisconsin and California.

  • Rebecca Szymkowski, PE, PTOE, Traffic Supervisor | Wisconsin DOT

    Rebecca supervises the Traffic Analysis and Safety Unit, which focuses on policies and guidelines related to safety engineering, speed management, intersection operations, intersection control evaluations, traffic modeling and simulation, traffic incident management, and emergency transportation operations. Rebecca is active in ITE at the section level and is a former president of the Midwestern District. She received her engineering degree from Marquette University and her Masters in Business Administration from UW-Madison. She is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).

  • Dr. George List, Professor and Former Head Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering | North Carolina State University

    Dr. List is a professor in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering at NC State University. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University (BSEE, 1971), the University of Delaware (MEE, 1976), and the University of Pennsylvania (Ph.D., CE, 1984). Dr. List is a system engineer with more than 40 years of experience in the control and design of transportation systems. His interests are diverse from the ethics of AI-based control to the coupling between infrastructure investment and economic growth.He is a past chair of the TRB Joint Traffic Simulation Subcommittee (SimSub) and the TRB Traffic Flow Theory Committee, a former member of the Highway Capacity and Quality of Service Committee, and an ITE Member.

  • Raj Paradkar, PE, Senior Project Manager | Kimley-Horn

    Raj is a senior project manager in the Reston, VA office of Kimley-Horn. He has over 19 years of progressive experience in transportation planning, engineering, traffic operations analysis and ITS deployment. His areas of expertise include Corridor studies, Traffic Operational analysis, Interchange Justification Reports, Traffic Impact studies, Connected and Automated Vehicle deployment analysis, and using various transportation analysis and simulation packages to find solutions for various federal, state, and local transportation agencies.
